They so called themselves "freelance photographer" and invited me for some shoots. Some of them even provide air ticket and accommodation to go oversea with them, so apparently they can "shoot" me after the end of the working ( so call working companionship). Some of them asked in the very polite way like erm... "hey winnie, are u interested in any discreet companionship after the end of the shooting? Well, actually i am not really offended by that way but i found this quite interesting tho'. Looks like a model can have a "second part time job" also, he/she can switch into a community worker once the shooting is done. Everything was so in a hurry but thanks to Brandon, Peter and Candy that we can finally make it happened :) Brandon has always been crazy about shoes, so this time i bought over few pairs just to surprise him but he was way too happy and apparently all the attention were pointing towards those shoes ;p. It was quite sad that we re unable to shoot in the studio cos it was too last minute to book one that time. So i promise you Brandon next time i will bring more pairs to satisfy your hunger. The schedule was sooo packed that i dun even have time to sleep, my legs were swollen cos standing up too long. I started to loss interest in everything, i even forgot how to be happy. Every night i wish i can sleep properly but most of the time i ended up with insomnia, that made me even tired in my day time posting. So one day afternoon i decided to pay a visit to my fren s house and have a nice tea with them. So after a long chit chatting suddenly Henry got this idea of dreamy girl, the concept was kinda like a girl appeared in your dream and you dunno who she is, but you just want her to stay longer. I was quite excited with this theme and we managed to work it out under her gf s help with the fan and other stuffs. Mon, 25 Aug 2008 07:28:54 -0000 Just ShOOT Me Working with Brandon and peter was so much fun i would say, This shooting was planned nicely 2 months back, i really enjoyed the whole session with them. So another abandon building shoot for me, guess i am almost get used to the abandon atmosphere but still cant able to tolerate the love of these mosquitoes... T__T Anyway i felt honored to work with Brandon as he hardly take local model ;p muahahaha... I hope i dun disappoint you oh gor gor zai. keke Initially the venue was held in Old Changi hospital but due to the stressing from the police we gave up that place and picked up another building. And as expected, there s a lot of natural scene in this abandon building, with the plants growing through those broken windows and painted walls, and yes mosquitoes predominantly. We even found a Death SNAKE hanging down through the window... (scary tho). task task. Peter aka the baby sitter and assistant of Brandon did a great job seriously, he s like a Doraemon to us. Had a shoot done with this Hong Kong group of people in June, special thanks to Karen invited me for the shoot. Working with them was a very good experience and they were quite happy with my performance that day ^O^. As usual the make up took almost 2 hours to complete and the shooting session lasted only one and a half hour, but Kevin got what he wanted so we can quickly finished and went for dinner together. They were actually quite surprised that i am actually a cantonese but dunno how to speak at all, hehe. Luckily they were able to understand english else i wud be in a silent mode adee... kekeke. But still, gotta start learning all these hokkian and cantonese languages as soon as i start my houseman life here. First i thought it would be quite relax cos it s a beauty shoot so i dun need to struggle my mind for the posing and all but after that i found out that it wasn't that easy actually. Have to concentrate more in the face angle in which i have to be more careful of not turning my head too much in every direction. (phew) Plus the make up was really simple (like the casual make up actually) so eventually there s nothing can be hide dee. Henry was very nice and easy going all the while, which made my performance even better ^O^. The overall concept was "frozen in time" so he can capture whatever that half second my facial expression. This is my 4th day of illness, i am so tired but i couldn't sleep well due to the running nose and cough. I even cough out blood since yesterday. Working with Zack made me understand lots of things. His endless teaching let me gained knowledges in shooting, lighting adjustment, focusing on camera, the adjustment of the angles. He even corrected few of my classical poses tho' ^O^ Oh well, he is a teacher in secondary school. His students must be so lucky to have Mr Ali =D. So the session continued for 3 hours till 7pm thats when we were tired and called it a day.
